Second, microswitch damage or line break
Under normal circumstances, the micro switch is used for detection, that is, after the collision block is hit into the micro-motion, the timer starts to count (the time is very short, about Between a few tenths of a second and a second), time has risen. If the micro switch is damaged or the line is broken, the position of the set block can not be detected, and the circuit will always energize the down valve, and the press will not stop under the cutting machine.
Third, the solenoid valve is stuck
The solenoid valve is the action actuator, it works when it is energized, it is reset when the power is lost, when the solenoid valve has foreign matter
Cutting machine
When stuck, it cannot be reset after power failure; that is, it does not perform power. If the cutting machine presses the in-position circuit, it needs to lose power, but the solenoid valve itself will perform the pressing action.
Fourth, the relay contacts are burned together
The relay is the power supply component of the cutting machine. When the relay is activated, the solenoid valve that needs to be operated will be powered on. When the action is finished, the contact will be cut off. In actual use, the relay should generate a large amount of heat for a long time on and off, and the relay contacts are bonded together, which makes it impossible to cut off the power supply. When the cutting machine presses the relay contacts together, the pressure is pressed. Will not stop.
